To date, Dillingham Energy Services LLC professionals as a group have represented companies, restructured approximately $400 million of assets, advised on mergers and acquisitions valued at over $200 million. Dillingham Energy Services LLC was founded in September 2003 by Garion Dillingham who previously assisted some of US largest utilities and natural gas suppliers with profitable operational insight and acquiring power generating assets.
